Still Have not received Licence Key for Eve Tools

I ordered EVE tools on December 29th 2009.

The paypal transaction ID is ID #1RG91428KD4488919

I have not received the registration details for the program. I did email support explaining that the registration email may have gone to an old unregistered paypal address which has now been removed but did not get a response that I can find.

Can you please email me the registration details using the registered address under my profile for the simple miner accounts that I hold.

I think it is say to say that this item is no longer supported and we are just left in the wind.  My two version won't even register anymore.    And no help is every returned on my emails.
